Hisense Logistics Phase 2 project is a industrial park. Mainly engaged in Hisense (Shandong) Home Appliance Industrial Park product storage, transit and other logistics and transportation. The construction area of about 80,000 square meters including three single warehouses.

Project Overview.
Logistics warehouse #3 is 259.6 m long and 155.6 m wide, with a total area of 45,000 m2 including canopies.
Logistics warehouse #4 is 148.44 m long and 155.6 m wide, with a total area of 27,000 m2 including canopies.
Warehouse 5# is 169.2 meters long and 85.8 meters wide, with a total area of about 14,000 square meters including the canopy. All three warehouses are 9.2m open, with 8.2m gable height and steel frame doors.

The roof is Z-beam purlin + polypropylene film composite veneer + glass wool + 760 roofing panels (with through-length light panels) and the walls are C-beam purlin + 840 wall panels.
Organized drainage using internal and external gutters (stainless steel gutters + outsourced color plate bending).
