Since the 1980’s, this system had been used in the construction of multilayer residence, apartment and hotel in the North America. Because this structure is light, shockproof, heat preservative, dry in operation, and has remarkable water saving effect, and the construction duration is short and, the cost is low. So it is accepted by more and more people. In recent years, it has been developed rapidly in the USA and Canada. In the European and American countries, most private houses are villas, and the land resource is relatively more than that in the other areas in the world, and the land ownership is private. Therefore, light steel structure housing has become a common living form in European and American countries.
